New 10.4.10 kernels on irc #10.4.10

for intel hpet - intel kernel

for intel nonhpet and amds - amd kernel

For amd I recommend to use PascalW update (also on #10.4.10).

That man distribute semthex and zef code without asking they permission.
He said he asked for it but nobody answered him, may be. but when he was asked to stop it, he didn't.
So he is pirate, nothing more.
